Research Evaluation & Assessment

I have learned that research that is not credible, biased, invalid or unreliable can cause a world of trouble. While completing the M.S. – Learning Technologies program, I learned to use the tools and tricks of the trade to ensure research and its findings are valid and usable. I accomplish this by testing qualitative and quantitative research reports according to the standards, assessments and evaluation protocols for scholarly work.  This is the only way to determine whether or not that research project actually contributed to the research body of knowledge. I feel it is of utmost importance that policymakers and stakeholders know the truth about that issue. I take no prisoners when it comes to that.
